I’m Doing a DETOX: Dr.Sara DETOX


After two wonderful weeks off from work, today I make my way back to the corporate world. It is with mixed emotions that I return. On one hand I look forward to getting back to my normal routine, but on the other hand I cherish the time spent with Little S and my husband and I will miss that carefree time.

I must admit that I vacationed to the fullest and my waistline is suffering. I behaved poorly, eating mostly whatever I wanted and enjoying multiple cold beers on the hot summer afternoons.It’s time to get back on track and to do so I’m going to be participating in my first ever DETOX CLEANSING PROGRAM.

Doing a DETOX program is something that I’ve always been interested in but something I’ve never actually done anything about it. When I learned of the Dr.Sara DETOX program based out of Life With Baby here in London, I was thrilled.

I learned a little about Dr.Sara’s 22-Day Detox Diet Program and then visited the website to take the How Toxic Are You quiz to find out more and to see if this program was right for me. What I learned next was shocking. So many ‘little’ things I have come to accept as part of life and getting older were questioned in the quiz. I couldn’t believe that perhaps some of these symptoms weren’t ‘normal’ after all.

I scored a 54/100 on the toxicity quiz and although I’m nervous about participating in the 22-Day program, I am so excited to realize the benefits and achieve an overall healthier me.
